Many people around the world finds their job very boring and a few number of people does the mistake of talking about it on social networking sites but be careful your employer might find this from the comments posted by you on these sites.

A sixteen year old teenage girl from UK has become victim of doing the above mistake and was fired from her job for calling it 'boring' on Facebook.

Kimberley Swann had been working for Ivell Marketing and Logistics Limited in Clacton, Essex, as an office administrator. She was sacked from her job with "immediate effect" after her employer found out that she has posted a negative comment on Facebook.

Boss Steve Ivell told Sky News Online that "Miss Swann posted comments about her job and invited other staff members to read them. Her display of disrespect and dissatisfaction undermined the relationship and made (her job) untenable. We thought that Miss Swann's best interests would be served by working for a company that would more suit her expectations."

Kimberley told reporters that "They were just being nosey, going through everything. I think it is really sad, it makes them look stupid that they are going to be so petty."

So, next time when you go online be careful because your boss is watching your back.:-)
