“Mark your calendars now” says Apple. Want to bag yourself some cut-price Apple gear? Perhaps you're thinking of splashing out on a new aluminium MacBook? Or maybe a second-gen iPod touch? Well, mark this Friday in your diary with a fat red marker: Apple is holding a one-day sale.
Apple is launching its largest Black Friday sale in history which could, or at least should, include the iPhone. 28th November, 2008 will see Apple slash prices on stacks of kit, much like they do with their US "Black Friday" sales.
There's no word on exactly which bargains we'll see, with Apple's email simply stating: "Lots of gifts. 1 day not to miss. The special one-day Apple shopping event. Friday, November 28".
Apple has not unveiled any pricing for their annual sale, but the company may want to follow up its this year's back-to-school sale with something comparable.
