Scoop is an RSS Feed Reader Adobe Air Application with offline/online Google Reader synchronization built in. You have to just link your Google Reader account with Scoop.
It will download all your subscriptions so that you can read it offline.

You can link multiple Google Reader accounts simultaneously with the same Scoop client. You can read and tag your feed items and Scoop will synchronize your changes with Google when you’re back online.Scoop Logo

Current features included in this first Beta:

  • Offline mode - all new posts/feeds get stored locally + offline changes you make get synchronized with Google when you’re back online
  • Instant notifications of new scoops/posts from your favorite blogs and websites.
  • Popular Google Read keyboard shortcuts like J/K for moving forwards and backwards through your reading lists.
  • Auto-update feature - the application will alert you when a new version of Scoop becomes available.
Currently, Scoop for Google Reader is in beta so it won’t download images when switching to the offline mode. Scoop is currently available for Windows, Mac or Linux systems.
